General Provisions
okkzz is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the okkzz platform and all its services. The platform includes the website, mobile version, and all associated digital channels.
In addition to these Terms, okkzz's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. All these documents together form the basis of the agreement between you and okkzz.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" means the okkzz website, mobile site, and all associated services.
- "User" or "Member" means any person who holds a registered account at okkzz or visits the platform.
- "Account" means the user's personal registered profile.
- "Funds" means money deposited into and withdrawable from the account.
- "Bonus" means any incentive money or benefit provided by okkzz.
1.2 Language & Interpretation
These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali. If any ambiguity arises on any matter, okkzz's interpretation will be considered final. In the event of any dispute, okkzz's decision is final and binding.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
The following eligibility requirements must be met to register and use the okkzz platform:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
- You must not be a resident or citizen of any country or region where the use of such services is legally prohibited.
- You must not have had any previous account cancelled or banned by okkzz.
- You must manage your own account and must not open an account on behalf of anyone else.
- You are using this platform voluntarily and of sound mind.
If false information is provided at the time of registration, okkzz reserves the right to cancel the account at any time.
Account Registration
To become a member of okkzz, a valid account must be created. During the registration process, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3.1 Single Account Policy
A maximum of one account per person is permitted. Attempting to open multiple accounts by the same person or household will be considered a violation of the terms, and all associated accounts will be closed. okkzz uses both technical and manual methods to detect multiple accounts.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
The name, date of birth, address, and contact information provided when creating an account must be true and accurate. okkzz may at any time request a government-issued identity document or other documents for identity verification.
3.3 Account Security
- Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone else.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify okkzz support immediately.
- All transactions carried out from your account will be considered your own, unless you have previously reported a breach.
- Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on okkzz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following three methods can be used for deposits and withdrawals:
4.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
- Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking number registered in your own name.
- Funds sent from an account registered in someone else's name will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
- After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to the account quickly; however, in the event of a technical delay, please contact support.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method and number used for the deposit.
- If identity verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.
- If any bonus conditions are incomplete, that amount is not withdrawable.
4.3 Suspicious Transactions
If money laundering or fraud is suspected, okkzz may suspend any transaction and notify the relevant authorities. In such cases, okkzz will bear no liability for compensation.
Bonuses & Promotions
okkzz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. Each bonus has its own terms which should be read carefully before accepting.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
5.2 Wagering Requirements
After receiving the welcome bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of deposit + bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonus offers apply only to valid, verified accounts.
- An offer can be received only once per account, household, device, or IP address.
- If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the set time limit after accepting a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
- okkzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okkzz platform and will result in immediate action if identified:
6.1 Fraud & Deception
- Manipulating any game or betting system, or using hacking software.
- Creating an account using a false identity.
- Using stolen or illegal payment methods.
- Attempting to extract bonuses by strategically placing opposing bets to meet bonus conditions.
6.2 Account Sharing
Multiple persons using a single account, or one person operating multiple accounts, constitutes a breach of terms. All associated accounts may be cancelled and funds confiscated.
6.3 Automated Software
- Using bots, scripts, or automation software.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's servers or systems.
- Using any third-party tools to predict or influence gaming outcomes in advance.
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension by okkzz
okkzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a breach of terms is found.
- If a request for identity verification is not responded to.
- If there is a transaction under investigation or any suspicious activity.
- Under a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
7.2 Closure at User's Request
You may request the closure of your account at any time. Any withdrawable funds outstanding before account closure will be paid out; however, if bonus conditions are unfulfilled, the bonus will be cancelled.
7.3 Self-Exclusion

Betting & Gaming Rules
All games and betting on okkzz are conducted impartially and transparently. Gaming outcomes are determined through audited and verifiable technology.
8.1 General Gaming Terms
- A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
- If a game is disrupted due to a technical error, okkzz reserves the right to make the relevant decision.
- If a dispute arises over the outcome of any game or bet, please contact support. okkzz's decision is final.
- okkzz is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection or device issues.
8.2 Sports Betting
All information displayed in the sports betting section is for informational purposes only. If a match is cancelled or postponed, okkzz's own rules will apply to the relevant bets. Separate rules may apply for specific types of sport, which will be noted in the relevant section.

10.3 Third-Party Services
okkzz is not responsible for the service quality or delays of payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and game providers.
Changes to Terms
